Onsite and remote support
IT Hound’s focus is on keeping your business running without interruptions. By providing software solutions that are cloud based, we can offer you remote support that is a lot more responsive than the traditional onsite alternatives eliminating the need for downtime caused by travelling.
We will of course visit your business premises, however we find that a large majority of our support is done remotely over the phone or by using remote desktop software.
Remote support is charged in fifteen minute intervals and onsite visits charged by the hour with a minimum of two hours per call out.
